Rough Construction Cost Estimates:

• Economical Finish: ₱20,000 - ₱30,000 per square meter

• Regular Finish: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per square meter

• Semi-Elegant Finish: ₱25,000 - ₱40,000 per square meter

• Elegant Finish: ₱30,000 and above per square meter

Important Note:
Estimating costs based solely on square meter rates provides a rough guide and is primarily used during the design stage. For instance:

• A 36-square-meter master bedroom can be elegantly finished at approximately ₱19,000 per square meter.

• The same 36-square-meter area divided into two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen may cost ₱25,000 per square meter with only economical finishes.
  This difference arises due to the increased complexity, such as partitions, doors, plumbing, and electrical systems.

To ensure accuracy, detailed plans (at least a floor plan) are essential for precise cost estimation.
